Are you company authorised directly?

WOL3D is the official distributor offlashforge, Creality, 3D Systems and Qidi for the Indian Market. We are a Pan India Distribution company with offices in more than 8 cities across India and growing.

How do you make payment?

Payment can be made using Debit card, Net banking, Paytm, BHIM, UPI, Credit card

How many days can we expect the delivery?

We ship items as soon as possible but it may take up to 3-7 business days to deliver the item to you.

Are there any refund exchange?

We will refund you the full amount or provide free of cost replacement of the product within Seven (7) days after the product has been delivered, in case you have;

  1. received item(s) in poor, damaged or mutilated condition or;
  2. received an item(s) that is different from the item(s) that you have ordered with us

After Sale Support

Warranty: The products sold are covered under manufacturer’s warranty for 1 year. In case you find that the product is not working properly, after you have opened the box, we will replace or exchange the product to your satisfaction, without any questions asked within Seven (7) days. The faulty product/part has to returned back to us for replacement/repair. Transformers, Chargers and adaptors are not included in warranty.

Warranty Terms

  • Flashforge 3D Printers (except the Flashforge nozzle) Warranty Period: -12-month Warranty for end-users from the date of invoice. -3-month Warranty for nozzle from the date of invoice.
  • Flashforge Warrants the Flashforge 3D Printers to be free from defects in Workmanship and materials, If the Flashforge 3D Printers fails during normal and Proper use within the Warranty Period, Flashforge will provide users with free Maintenance services or remote after-sales support. In regards to specific problems, Coordination shall be held for problem-solving. The after-sales service period begins From the date of invoice.
  • Flashforge will repair or replace only the defective parts with new or Reconditioned parts or products those are functionally equivalent or superior to those Originally supplied, If a Part is repaired or replaced during the Warranty Period, the Warranty Period still remaining for the entire Printer Will apply to this Part.
  • Parts excluded from this Warranty: Build Tape, Build Plate, Acrylic Cover, SD Card, USB Stick, USB Cable, Filament, Filament Spool and Spool Holder.
  • The extruder upgrade Kit shall not belong to free maintenance fittings and shall be Purchased independently.

Below list is Not Covered:

  • Altered, broken Warranty Card or altered, removed, cancelled device series number
  • Out of warranty Period
  • Printer that has been tampered with, repaired, and/or modified by non-authorize personnel
  • Damage (s) caused by improperly or incorrectly Performed modifications, Alterations or repair
  • Damage (s) caused by improper installation, use or operation
  • Damage (s) due to operation under improper environment
  • Damage (s) caused by abuse (overloaded working), misuses
  • Damage (s) caused by using unauthorized spare parts
  • Damage (s) caused by using poor-quality filament, (Using Flashforge filament is suggested COSTS @ INR 1100-00 PER SPOOL
  • Damage (s) caused by using unauthorized 3rd party software
  • Damages caused by improper maintenance (damp, mildew or expose to extreme weather)
  • Normal wear & tear including scratches and nicks
  • Damages (s) caused by force majeure (such as a lightning strike, fire, earthquake, Floods, civil disturbance or war, or any other event beyond human control)
